Product safety information

The DJI Zenmuse S1 is a spotlight with LEP technology, with Low Beam, High Beam and Both On lighting modes, an effective illumination distance of up to 500 m and a 5 Hz strobe. It weighs 760±10 g, has an IP54 protection rating and operates from −20 °C to 40 °C. It is classified as Risk Group 1 under IEC 62471. It is compatible with the DJI Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK and Matrice 300 RTK (the latter requires the DJI RC Plus). It is intended for professional use only, by trained persons. It is not a toy.

Warnings:

Read the official DJI documentation (user manual and product information) before use.
Do not look directly into the light source, even from a short distance, and do not point it at the eyes of people or animals. Do not view the light through optical instruments (binoculars, magnifiers).
The intense light can cause temporary blindness. Do not point it at pilots, drivers or other aircraft.
The strobe mode (5 Hz) can cause discomfort or seizures in people sensitive to flashing light (photosensitivity, epilepsy). Use it with caution.
The surface of the spotlight heats up during operation. Do not touch or cover it during operation or immediately after.
Do not run the light at high power on the ground longer than necessary. Brightness drops automatically to 40% when the aircraft is not in flight.
Use the equipment only with compatible aircraft and original DJI accessories. Before every flight, check that it is fixed correctly and shows no damage.
The IP54 protection rating is not permanent and may decrease over time. Do not immerse the equipment in water and do not use it in heavy rain.
Do not open, disassemble or modify the equipment. Do not use it if it is damaged.
Comply with aviation law and lighting regulations in your country.
