Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver exclusively within the territory of Romania. For international orders, please contact us directly at contact@zerovec.ro to discuss the available options.

2. Delivery methods

Deliveries are carried out by Cargus courier, with online parcel tracking. After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the AWB tracking number.

There is also the option of personal pick-up from Haieu, Bihor County, after prior confirmation of the product’s availability – contact us at contact@zerovec.ro or by phone at +40 770 531 656 to arrange the details.

3. Delivery cost

• Orders worth over 2,000 lei — free delivery
• Orders worth under 2,000 lei — delivery cost 30 lei

The delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

4. Delivery times

• Products in stock: Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 14 working days from payment confirmation, under normal operating conditions.
• Products made to order: Certain products in the ZEROVEC catalogue are available exclusively to order, with a delivery time of up to 30 calendar days, depending on the availability of stock at the supplier. For these products, we will contact you by phone or by email to give you the exact estimated delivery time.
• Force majeure: ZEROVEC Drone Solutions cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its will and control – customs restrictions, logistics blockages, extreme weather conditions, interruptions of courier services or other force majeure events. In such situations, we will notify you as soon as the delivery time is affected.

The specific delivery times are also displayed on the product page or in the order process. If delays occur, we will inform you without undue delay.

5. Receiving the parcel

• Please check the integrity of the packaging when you receive the parcel, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging shows visible damage, refuse the parcel and contact us immediately at contact@zerovec.ro or by phone at +40 770 531 656.
  
  ZEROVEC Drone Solutions cannot be held responsible for damage to the products caused by improper handling of the parcel by the courier, if it was not reported at the time of delivery.

Checking the parcel upon receipt does not limit your legal rights regarding non-conformity, hidden defects, withdrawal or the carrier’s liability.

The risk of loss of the products passes to you on the date of handover.

6. Personal data for delivery

To ship your order, your data (name, phone, address, order number) is disclosed to the courier only to the extent necessary for delivery, tracking the transport and confirming handover. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
