You can buy the products from our store online, by phone or by email. There is no minimum order value.

Ordering online

Find the product you want using the menu at the top of the page, the product categories and subcategories, or the search field. When you press the order button, the product is automatically added to the shopping cart.

After adding all the desired products to the cart, continue with the checkout button and go through the order page, where you will fill in:

• Delivery method – the delivery cost is displayed in the cart before the order is completed;
• Order details – first and last name, full address (county, city, street, number, staircase, building, floor, apartment, intercom, if applicable), phone and email;
• Payment method – choose how you will pay for the order (see the “Payment methods” section below).

With your chosen username and password you can log in to see the history and status of your orders, to modify or delete your profile, or to place later orders without re-entering your contact details.

Ordering by phone

Call us at +40 770 531 656 and a representative will take your order.

Ordering by email

You can send your order to contact@zerovec.ro, with the following information:

• Desired products – the product name, product code or product link, and the quantity;
• Order details – first and last name, full delivery address (county, city, street, number, staircase, building, floor, apartment, intercom, if applicable) and phone;
• The desired payment method;
• For companies and institutions: the identification details required for the invoice (name, tax ID, address).

Payment methods

• online payment by bank card through Netopia Payments;
• payment order, according to the details provided by Dibalcris;
• instalments at Dibalcris, if this option is available and accepted under the conditions communicated;
• cash on delivery is not accepted.

Prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, except where clearly indicated otherwise.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by Cargus courier, with online tracking. After the order is shipped you receive an email with the AWB tracking number. There is also the option of personal pick-up from Haieu, Bihor County, after prior confirmation of the product’s availability. Delivery times and costs can be found on the “Delivery” page.

After you place your order

You will receive the order confirmation by email. If the payment fails or is not confirmed within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled after we inform you. For products available only to order, we contact you by phone or email to communicate the estimated delivery time. You have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, as described on the “Return Policy” page.
